VIRTUAL LEARNING & MOCAP

VIRTUAL COURSES 

The Hancock Place School District offers district-sponsored VIRTUAL CLASSES for students at all three levels (elementary, middle, and high) in accordance with board policy IGCD. These courses are entirely online, supervised by district staff using district-sponsored curriculum, and result in a district-issued grade and/or academic credit.   The district accepts all grades and/or credits earned through these virtual courses.  Specific details and application forms for each of the three district-sponsored virtual programs are available by clicking the links below.

MOCAP (MISSOURI COURSE ACCESS AND VIRTUAL SCHOOL PROGRAM)

K-2 Hancock Place School District students may apply to take virtual courses through the MOCAP (Missouri Course Access and Virtual School Program) in accordance with board policy IGCDA.  These courses are entirely online, provided by a list of approved vendors, and result in a vendor-issued grade and/or academic credit.  Students must be enrolled as a full-time student in Hancock Place and meet additional eligibility requirements to take MOCAP courses.
